Regency at Troy is seeking an experienced Interim Wound Care RN for a 6 week assignment starting ASAP.

• Troy, MI
• Day Shift, Monday-Friday
• 154 bed LTC facility
• $50/hr
• $1099 weekly travel stipend available for candidates living 50+ miles away
• Strong wound care and LTC experience required
• Leadership experience preferred

Position Details: • Troy, MI • Day Shift, Monday-Friday • 154 bed LTC facility • $50/hr • $1099 weekly travel stipend available for candidates living 50+ miles away • Local and regional candidates preferred Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee wound care program for residents • Conduct wound assessments and treatments • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams • Monitor skin integrity and implement prevention strategies • Maintain accurate wound documentation and care plans • Participate in wound rounds and quality improvement initiatives Requirements: • Active RN license • Recent wound care experience required • LTC/SNF experience required • Strong clinical and leadership background preferred • Experience with pressure injuries, wound vacs, skin tears, and chronic wounds highly preferred Immediate need.
