Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Days | Cleveland Clinic | 3x12 | EPIC Required

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a travel assignment at Cleveland Clinic – Euclid Hospital (Cleveland, OH). This is a fast-moving opportunity with strict submission requirements.

Shift Details:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 3x12 shifts (36 hrs/week)
• Contract: 13–18 weeks (flexible)

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (in hand)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• 18 months PERMANENT MS/Tele experience BEFORE travel
• Recent EPIC experience (within last 6 months REQUIRED)
• AHA BLS & ACLS (active)

References (STRICT):

• TWO recent manager/supervisor references REQUIRED
  • (Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Director ONLY)
  • Must be within last 12 months
  • No coworker references

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass during orientation (2 attempts only):
  • ECG Rhythm Recognition Test
  • SafeMedicate Exam
• Timekeeping: Qualivis – Lotus
• Must work every other holiday

Important Notes:

• All RTO must be finalized at submission
• Only 1 Cleveland Clinic submission at a time
• Locals accepted at same rate
• Background: No open cases / no license hits
• Fingerprints (BCI/FBI) required within 48 hours of signing
