Job Title: Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable OR Nurse to join our high-volume surgical department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong clinical background in complex surgical cases, specifically Open Heart procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional perioperative care in a busy OR setting.
Support a wide range of surgical specialties, including Open Heart, Thoracic, Vascular, General Medical, and Orthopedic surgeries.
Participate in a rotating schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and mandatory on-call shifts (required for all agency staff).

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume OR department.
Specialty: Proven experience with Open Heart surgeries is mandatory.
Systems: Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records (EHR) is required.
Compliance: Must meet all facility mandatory requirements and certifications.

Schedule Options:
We offer flexible shift structures to support work-life balance:

Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
Three 12-hour shifts (3x12s)
