Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (Ortho/ENT/Plastics/Robotics)
Shift: Days – 8 Hour Shifts (Approx. 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Schedule: Day shift with weekend & weeknight call required

Specialty Focus

• Orthopedics
• ENT
• Plastics
• Robotics (Da Vinci experience required)

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process
• Circulate and assist in surgical procedures, including robotic cases
• Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate and supervise ancillary staff
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and compliance with care standards
• Educate patients and families as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records

Requirements

• Active RN License (state of practice)
• Minimum 2+ years of surgical/OR experience
• Da Vinci robotics experience required
• BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

• Heavy work environment (lifting, standing, and physical activity required)
• Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and communicable diseases
• Experience with confidential patient information required
• Leadership or charge experience preferred
