Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (Robotics & Multi-Specialty)
Shift: Days – 8 Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Call Rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the OR setting
• Circulate and assist in complex surgical and robotic procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams
• Delegate tasks and support ancillary staff
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and compliance standards
• Educate patients and families as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols

Requirements

• Active RN License (state of practice)
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience
• Da Vinci & MAKO robotics experience required
• BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment

Call & Schedule Details

• Call required (self-selected rotation):
  • 1–2 weekend days/month (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
  • 2–4 weekdays/month (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • 2–4 late shifts/month (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Additional Details

• Heavy physical workload (standing, lifting, fast-paced environment)
• Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and surgical materials
• Must be comfortable handling a wide range of surgical cases
• Leadership and independent work capability preferred
