  • Clinical Operations: Operated polysomnographic equipment accurately; performed full diagnostic sleep studies including setup, data acquisition, intervention, staging, and scoring.
  • Sleep Study Scoring: Accurately staged and scored polysomnograms, MSLTs, and MWTs in accordance with AASM guidelines; identified sleep stages, respiratory events, limb movements, arrhythmias, and artifacts.
  • Electrode Application: Applied electrodes using the International 10–20 System or lab‑specific standards; ensured proper impedance levels.
  • Respiratory Therapy Support: Fitted and dispensed CPAP/BiPAP devices; administered oxygen and PAP therapy per physician orders; provided patient and family education.
  • Clinical Judgment: Applied sound clinical decision‑making to ensure high‑quality studies and optimal patient outcomes across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Equipment & Inventory: Maintained, calibrated, and troubleshot diagnostic equipment; performed minor repairs; monitored supply inventory to ensure availability of clean, functional materials.
  • Documentation & Charting: Collected and recorded complete patient information including demographics, insurance, and equipment needs; ensured timely and accurate charting, activity documentation, and billing in EPIC.
  • Quality & Compliance: Followed universal precautions, infection control standards, and safe body mechanics; complied with emergency preparedness and equipment safety policies.
  • Data Management: Utilized scoring software and digital systems to store, label, and organize study data efficiently.
  • Professional Collaboration: Communicated effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients; maintained confidentiality and professional conduct.
