Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Shifts:
Office hours: Mon-Thurs 10am - 6pm & Fri 10am-1pm
Shift Days:
Monday - Friday
HCP will be able to work remote for a week or so in June (owners will be away on PTO)

Details of Assignment:
- 26 week temp to perm assignment
- Will slowly ramp up clientele, will take some current clients from owner and then add more clients as they come
- Mostly all 1:1, hope is for Therapeutic Concepts to be able to hold group sessions in the future
- Starting around 10-15 clients, will work up to 25-32 which is considered full case load
- Client types: general therapy, mostly professional clients, can also range from a newly retired adult struggling with retired life to a young adult seeking guidance with figuring out a life path. Some clients from Oregon Health Plan come from the courts, aren't necessarily in trouble yet but will seek therapy to avoid going down the wrong life path
- HCP will start with OHP clients and cash pay clients until they are fully paneled with insurances through Therapeutic Concepts
Client Interview Required:

Minimum Experience and Certification Required:
Required: Oregon License (LCSW)
Required: HCP needs to be comfortable with mandatory reporting to DHS – child abuse, elder abuse, disability abuse
Preferred: EMDR Certification (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CADC (some clients may have had substance abuse
Orientation:
