Description
ICU RN – Boise, ID (Travel Contract)
- Unit: ICU (SICU 16 beds + MICU 16 beds, combined staffing)
- Shift: 12 hrs (7:00–7:30) | Days/Nights | Weekends: Every other
- Ratio: 1:1 – 1:2
- Experience: 2+ years ICU required
- Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Patient Types: CABG, CVA, neuro cases, GI bleed, DKA, STEMI, septic shock, respiratory failure, post-op hearts
- Skills: Must titrate drips (vasoactive, cardiac, insulin, etc.)
- Support: Charge RN + Resource RN | CNA support (1:8) | RT 24/7
- Floating: Other ICUs (within system) or sitter role if needed
- Orientation: 1–2 shifts
- Notes: No call | Flexible scheduling | 50-mile radius rule applies
