Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (3x12 hours, 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM)

Job Overview:
- Interventional Radiology Tech role in a high-acuity, high-volume hospital setting
- Requires scrub experience and prior travel experience
- Exposure to a wide variety of vascular, neuro, and body IR procedures
- Opportunity to work in a 700-bed facility with advanced IR technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, and biopsies
- Perform scrub and circulator duties, maintaining sterile field
- Prepare and manage vascular access and central lines (PICC, ports, etc.)
- Operate imaging equipment including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound
- Monitor patients and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
- Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of IR Tech experience (1 year acceptable if strong neuro + scrub experience)
- Travel experience required
- Strong experience in:
- Scrubbing IR procedures
- Vascular and interventional procedures
- Central venous access & line management
- Experience with:
- Angiography, embolization, angioplasty
- IVC filters, nephrostomy, biliary drainage
- Thrombolysis/thrombectomy
- Neuro IR experience preferred
