Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of current OR experience – Required
Experience floating across multiple specialties:
- Vascular
- Orthopedic
- Trauma
- General Surgery
- Robotics
- Urology
- ENT – Required
Travel nursing experience – Required
EPIC EMR experience – Required
BLS & ACLS (AHA) certifications – Required
Scrub and Circulate experience – Required
Must have own vehicle – Mandatory requirement
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

1 supervisory reference (within the last 2 years)
Active license & certifications must be uploaded:
- Current New York RN License (Nursys)
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
  (Note: Facility will not pend or wait for missing documents)
  Local Candidate Restriction:
  Candidates residing in the following New York counties will NOT be considered:
- Albany
- Columbia
- Dutchess
- Fulton
- Greene
- Montgomery
- Rensselaer
- Saratoga
- Schenectady
- Ulster
- Warren
- Washington
