Description
- RD/RDN certification required
- Minimum 1 year of dietitian experience
- Experience in Adult Rehab, LTAC, SNF, and Acute Care settings
- Proficiency in Epic charting system
- Knowledge of nutrition therapy (TPN, dysphagia, diabetes, malnutrition, fluid balance)
- Ability to work independently and provide remote clinical support
- Willingness to work occasional onsite days
