Description

🌙 Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) | Nights

🕒 Shift: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 hrs/week
🔥 6 Open Positions

💼 Unit Highlights

34-bed Birthing Center / Mother Baby Unit
150–180 births/month (~2,100+ annually)
2 C-section OR suites + 2 triage beds
AWHONN ratios: 1:2 (L&D), 1:3–4 (couplets)
EPIC Charting System
24/7 in-house OB, anesthesia & neonatal support

🔑 Responsibilities

Provide care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP)
Independently attend deliveries and assist with newborn transition
Circulate in C-sections
Manage high-risk patients (preeclampsia, diabetes, etc.)
Titrate drips (Magnesium, Pitocin, Insulin)
Collaborate with OB team for safe, high-quality outcomes

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2 years L&D experience (no first-time travelers)
Strong LDRP experience required
Comfortable with deliveries + C-section circulation
Experience with high-risk OB patients
Must provide 2 years of references at submission

📜 Certifications Required

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Fetal Heart Monitoring (Intermediate/Advanced preferred)
