Travel RN Dialysis
Albuquerque, NM

13 Weeks | Days 

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license without RQI certification requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:2
• Proficiency in dialysis procedures and patient care
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on safety and quality
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Ability to work a day shift (12-hour shifts preferred) and be on-call for emergent dialysis needs, including night and Sunday shifts
• COVID-19 vaccination (religious and medical exemptions accepted with proper documentation)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Cerner charting system
• Previous travel nursing experience in dialysis or related units
• Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis management
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse degree (ASN, BSN, or higher) from an accredited program
• At least 1-2 years of recent dialysis experience in acute care or similar settings

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (for non-local travelers) or transportation plan documentation if pending
• Ability to work approximately 36 to 48 hours per week
• Willingness to work a 12-hour day shift scheduled from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Compliance with travel documentation deadlines and RTO policies, including minimal holiday RTO requests
• Physical capability to handle bedside treatments and patient care
• Successful completion of required modules during orientation, with ongoing annual training
