š° Gross Weekly Pay (40 hrs): $2751
- $31.15/hr W2 (taxable)
- $1505/week Per Diem (non-taxable)
ā Requirements:
- 3+ years of Physical Therapist experience is Required
- Must have Skilled Nursing experience!
- The Physical Therapist partners with residents and other care providers to provide physical therapy services to maximize residentsā functional abilities and independence in their activities of daily living.
- Bachelorās degree required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position that involve a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Above 50 pounds requires a 2 person lift.
- Lifting/carrying frequently up to 20 pounds. Some stress is related to a high level of responsibility for quality care.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
