$31.15/hr W2 (taxable)
$1505/week Per Diem (non-taxable)

✅ Requirements:

3+ years of Physical Therapist experience is Required
Must have Skilled Nursing experience!
The Physical Therapist partners with residents and other care providers to provide physical therapy services to maximize residents’ functional abilities and independence in their activities of daily living.
Bachelor’s degree required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position that involve a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Above 50 pounds requires a 2 person lift.
Lifting/carrying frequently up to 20 pounds. Some stress is related to a high level of responsibility for quality care.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
