This will be located in the Treasure Valley Region . We do have weekend on call rotated amongst staff and evening. Home health experience required We look to ensure candidates have a strong understanding and can determine Medicare’s homebound criteria, able to determine the primary skill for the visit ( hands on vs direct vs observe/assess vs education vs M&E), and are strong in OASIS.
