👶 What You’ll Be Doing
As a NICU RN, you will provide life-saving care to critically ill and premature infants, including:
- Comprehensive neonatal assessments and care planning
- Ventilation support and respiratory monitoring
- Medication administration and treatment management
- Family education and emotional support
- Close collaboration with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams
- Continuous monitoring and documentation of patient progress
👩⚕️ Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a skilled NICU RN who is confident in high-acuity neonatal care:
- 🏥 Experience in Level III NICU preferred or required exposure
- 🧠 Strong critical thinking in rapidly changing patient conditions
- 🤝 Ability to work effectively in a collaborative NICU team
- 💉 Comfortable with advanced neonatal interventions
- 📋 Strong documentation and patient safety focus
📌 Requirements
- Active RN License (required)
- BLS (AHA) – required
- NRP may be required per unit needs
- NICU experience preferred (Level II/III exposure highly valued)
- ASN required; BSN preferred
