Description

Required Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification
WOCN or Wound Care Certification REQUIRED (hard stop)
Minimum 2 years hospital experience REQUIRED
Wound VAC experience REQUIRED
Strong background in acute care wound management

Shift: Day Shift – 3x12 (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive wound and ulcer assessments and management
Provide advanced wound treatments including:
- Wound VAC therapy
- Sharp, mechanical, enzymatic, and autolytic debridement
- Silver products, foams, alginates, hydrocolloids, hydrogels
Manage pressure injuries (Stage I–IV), venous, arterial, neuropathic, and surgical wounds
Perform ostomy and continence care (colostomy, ileostomy, stoma management)

This role requires specialized wound care experience and certification and supports adult and geriatric patients with surgical, chronic, and trauma-related wounds. ⚠️ Candidates MUST have Wound Care–specific experience and active certification. Do not apply without it.
