👩‍⚕️ What You’ll Be Doing

This is a high-responsibility Med/Surg Tele role where you will:

• Provide care for a mixed adult/pediatric patient population
• Manage telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythms
• Care for patients with conditions like CHF, COPD, sepsis, diabetes, pneumonia, and post-surgical cases
• Perform and manage IV therapy, central lines, wound care, and respiratory support
• Support emergency response situations (Rapid Response/Code Team participation)
• Step into Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed 

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong, confident Med/Surg Tele RN who can function independently and lead when needed:

• 🏥 Minimum 2 years Med/Surg Tele experience (Required)
• ⚡ Comfortable with charge nurse responsibilities
• 🧠 Strong critical thinking in multi-system patient care
• 💉 Skilled in IV therapy, telemetry, and acute care management
• 🤝 Ability to work independently in a 1:5–1:6 patient ratio environment
• 🌍 Open to travel assignments (preferred, not required)
• Full SSN is required at the time of submission.
• Local candidates are accepted at a lower pay.

📌 Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS – Required
• NIHSS – Preferred
• PALS – Required
