🫁 Role Overview

As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will provide advanced respiratory care in a fast-paced acute setting, including:

• Managing critically ill patients requiring respiratory support
• Assisting with intubations and airway management
• Setting up and managing BCPAP and advanced respiratory interfaces
• Supporting Labor & Delivery cases requiring NRP stabilization
• Performing ventilator management and respiratory assessments
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and critical care teams 

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled critical care RT who is confident in complex patient care scenarios:

• 🏥 3+ years of critical care experience required
• 👶 Experience in Labor & Delivery / Neonatal stabilization (NRP required)
• 🫁 Strong knowledge of ventilatory support and airway management
• ⚡ Comfortable with high-acuity ICU and emergency respiratory situations
• 🤝 Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments 

📌 Required Certifications & Licensure

• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license – Required
• BLS (AHA/ARC) – Required
• NRP – Required
• ACLS – Required
• PALS – Required 

🏥 Schedule Details

• Night shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends
• No block scheduling (flexible hospital-driven scheduling)
• Optional on-call availability
