REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

• License Requirements: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission
• Required Certifications: BLS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS
==================================
• Years of Experience Required: 2.5 years

• CVOR; Hybrid Room: Circulate required, scrub preferred

• Transplant: Must have some degree of transplant experience (Cardiac, lung, and/or kidney experience highly preferred)

• Cardiovascular: Valve replacement; Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG); Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR); Aortic aneurysm repair; Dissection; VATs

• Vascular: Endovascular AAA; Carotid endarterectomy; Arteriogram; Angiogram; Trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR); AV fistula; Femoral popliteal bypass graft

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

• Charting: EPIC experience required

• Weekend Requirement: Refer to On Call

• On Call Requirement: On-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8-hour shift 2 weekdays, either 3-11 or 11-7.

• RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Priority given to submits with a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests will be approved after offer.

• Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

• Holiday Requirement: Must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays, per unit needs

• Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

• Locals Accepted: Yes, Locals accepted at the same rate.

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

• Unit Details: CVOR; Hybrid Room.

• Scrubs: Hospital provided

• Floating: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases. Also- Laparoscopic, GYN, Robotic, Ortho/Neuro, Vascular, and Pediatric surgery.
