Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm 
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care during assigned shifts. This role includes supervising clinical operations, supporting staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring proper patient care and workflow
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely interventions and accurate reporting
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and quality standards
• Oversee medication administration and clinical procedures for accuracy and safety
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Handle admissions, discharges, and emergency situations efficiently

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted license as RN.
• BLS by AHA (American Heart Association)
• 1 year of experience as an RN Supervisor preferred.
