Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Santa Cruz, CA
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: Day 5x08s - 40 GH
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience as a PT - Home Health
Must have BLS,
Must have Active -CA PT License
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster
Pay package:
W2 (taxable) : $36/hr
Per diem (Non Taxable Stipend): $1575/Week
Gross week : $3015/Week
