Description

Position: LCSW - Weekly Gross: $2,140.00

🙂 Location: Everett, WA

👩‍⚕️ Client: AYA

⏰ Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)

⭐Availability to start: 06/29/2026

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and initial patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized care plans and treatment goals
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, resources, and coping strategies
Document care delivery, patient progress, and educational activities accurately in Epic or other systems
Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary team conferences
Assist with advance directives and power of attorney discussions
Support patients with mental health, substance use, and major disease processes
Collaborate with healthcare providers across units such as ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical-Surgical

Required Qualifications

Active LCSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) Required
Minimum 1 year of clinical social work experience
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in transplant, ER, or acute care hospital settings
Familiarity with Epic charting system
Experience working in ICU, Emergency Department, or Medical-Surgical units
Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and crisis intervention techniques
