Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Palliative Care RN Coordinator to join an inpatient hospice/palliative care team. This role focuses on care coordination, patient advocacy, and end-of-life support—no direct hands-on patient assignments.

Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years recent palliative care and/or hospice experience
ICU and/or oncology experience preferred
Strong acute care background required
Excellent communication, clinical thinking, and organizational skills
License: Required at submission

Certifications:

BLS required
ELNEC preferred
2 supervisor references (charge nurse accepted):1 within last 12 months 1 within last 3 years
