Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NICU Charge RN for a travel assignment at St. Francis Medical Center. This role requires a strong clinical background in neonatal intensive care along with proven leadership experience.

The Charge Nurse will oversee unit operations, support staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced NICU environment.

Schedule Shifts: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours: 36 hours per week Requirements Active RN License (California preferred) NICU experience (Required) Charge Nurse or leadership experience (Required) BLS Certification (Required) ACLS/PALS/NRP (Preferred) Responsibilities Supervise and support NICU nursing staff Coordinate patient care and unit workflow Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards Provide direct patient care as needed Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
