Description
Requirements:
- Education:
- Graduate of an ARRT-accredited program
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience as a Mammography Technologist\
- CERNER charting system experience
- Licensure/Certification:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) – Required
- State of Arkansas License – Required
- Current CPR Certification – Required
- Registered Mammography Technologist – Preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Flu Vaccine: Required Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
Work Environment:
- Setting: Hospital
Physical & Functional Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Capability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist for extended periods
- Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs using proper body mechanics
- Ability to work 8+ hours performing mammography exams in department or mobile unit
- Requires strong hearing and visual acuity
- Ability to manage high-stress and critical situations with composure and efficiency
