Hourly Pay: $35/hr on W2
Housing Stipend: $700 weekly
Meals: $546 weekly
Weekly Gross: $2646 weekly for 40 hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-LTC
Location - 220 Steuben St, Montour Falls, NY 14865

Full Time - 13 weeks contract
Evening Shift - 3 pm to 11 pm (8X5 shift) with mandatory lunch break each shift

Weekly Hours - 40 hours weekly
Weekend REQ: Yes - every other weekend and every other holiday required
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents with chronic, complex, and age-related conditions
Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor changes in residents’ physical and mental status
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans to meet resident needs
Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Manage wound care, infection prevention, and chronic disease management
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility policies and regulations
Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of life

REQUIREMENT:
At least 2 years recent experience in nursing home setting  - Required
NY RN License
