Travel LPN - Rehab/LTC | Lubbock, TX
$1726 / Week | 23 Weeks | Mids
2pm-10pm (Required to work every other weekend shift) • OR two doubles on the weekend (2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am)

Job Description
- Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in support of and as directed by the physician.
- Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
- Observe, conduct, and document assessment of patient’s medical status during course of care and/or treatment.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.
- May be responsible for performing administrative duties and rotating as a triage nurse.
Qualifications and Job Info
- 1-2 years of recent experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS - preferred
- Active state license
