REQUIREMENTS -

Oversee hospital-wide operations as House Supervisor/Nursing Administrator, managing staffing, patient flow, and bed assignments across all units.
Work night shifts (6p–6a) with every-other-weekend rotation, ensuring appropriate coverage and serving as the primary escalation point for clinical and operational issues.
Collaborate with charge nurses, physicians, and ancillary departments; respond to patient concerns, staffing challenges, and coordinate on-call teams (e.g., cath lab, OR) during off-hours.
Utilize Cerner EMR and maintain communication with hospital leadership, contacting administration when necessary to support patient care and safety.
Maintain required certifications (ACLS, BLS, COVID vaccination) and demonstrate prior experience in a House Supervisor role with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
