Requirements -

Provide respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in a 23-bed critical access facility, managing patient ratios of 1:3 across varied acuity levels.
Float between units and potentially to a nearby affiliated facility (within ~25 minutes) based on patient care needs.
Work block schedules with every-other-weekend requirement; no on-call and 48-hour weeks not approved.
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiopulmonary care.
Maintain active Washington state license and RRT credentials, with prior travel experience required.
