Description
Required Qualifications
• NBSTSA Certification – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience
• Experience with multiple surgical specialties
• Experience with EPIC charting system
Key Responsibilities
• Perform scrub duties and maintain sterile field
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and operating room
• Assist surgeons during procedures
• Support a variety of surgeries including ortho, GYN, robotics, and general
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical team for efficient workflow
Experience Requirements
• Experience in Urology, ENT, Orthopedic (Hand/Foot & Trauma), GYN, General, Colorectal
• Experience in Robotics, Breast, Plastics, Pain/Spine, and Ortho-Joints
• Familiarity with advanced equipment (Aquablation, Stealth navigation, NIM, robotics)
• Prior travel experience preferred
