Description
. Experience: 2 years required; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: Oncology experience preferred but not required; solid tumor cancers including breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, colon, esophageal cancer; antineoplastic chemotherapy 3. Certifications: BLS required; ONS Chemo preferred; must be from AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Valid compact or stat
