Description
- Experience:
- Travel Experience preferred, however, not required
- On-Call is 4 weeknights shift a month
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity operating room
- 2 years of experience as a CVOR Registered nurse
Patient Care:
o Coordinate the interprofessional health care team to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered, timely and equitable care to surgical patients.
o Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments to identify patient-specific needs.
o Develop and implement individualized perioperative care plans.
o Monitor and evaluate patient responses intraoperatively, ensuring swift intervention as needed.
o Act as patient advocate and protect patient dignity and confidentiality.
o Administer moderate sedation for patients undergoing Endoscopy procedures.
