Home Health RN Case Manager | M–F 8–5 + Call | 13 Weeks
Requirements
- Active RN license (Montana)
- 2+ years acute care, home health, or hospice experience (preferred)
- Skilled in wound care, catheter care, venipuncture, and parenteral therapy
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
- Home Care/Home Base (HCHB) experience preferred
Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call required
- 40 hrs/week guaranteed
- 13-week contract
