Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

Schedule: 3 × 12s | 7:00p–7:00a

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Required Experience (MANDATORY):

• Pediatric respiratory care
• NICU experience
• Adult ER & Critical Care experience

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RRT license
• ACLS – Required
• BLS – Required

Position Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory care as prescribed by a physician and provides comprehensive cardiopulmonary support across multiple care settings. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluation, patient management, education, rehabilitation, and therapeutic intervention for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies or abnormalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations including collection and analysis of physiological specimens
• Interpret cardiopulmonary data and conduct tests and studies
• Manage mechanical ventilation and medical gas therapy
• Provide artificial airway care and bronchopulmonary hygiene
• Administer pharmacological agents related to respiratory care
• Support cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and hemodynamic cardiovascular care
• Apply respiratory care protocols across all patient care areas, including critical care, ER, NICU, and pediatric units
