Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support for daily clinic operations and staff supervision
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for athletes and active individuals
• Evaluate patient conditions using clinical assessments and medical history
• Design individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related conditions
• Deliver evidence-based treatments including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Collaborate closely with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and care teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Lead staff meetings, education sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive clinical and organizational culture

• Manual therapy techniques
• Therapeutic exercise programs
• Neuromuscular re-education
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Sports injury rehabilitation
• Injury prevention programming
• Work-related injury treatment

Equipment Utilized

• EMR systems (e.g., Epic preferred)
• Standard outpatient rehabilitation equipment
• Modalities for orthopedic and sports rehab treatment

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy required
• Current and valid state Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• CPR certification required
• Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Interest in leadership development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

Certifications & Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist (required or eligible)
• CPR Certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years outpatient orthopedic experience
• Sports medicine experience preferred
• Training or certification in specialized techniques (McKenzie, Maitland, Dry Needling, Graston)
• Prior leadership experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic)
