Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Pay: $2,674/week gross

Shift: 3×12 Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Patient Population: Adult + Pediatrics

Position Overview

A major New Brunswick hospital is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night‑shift assignment covering both adult and pediatric populations. This role is ideal for an RRT comfortable in high‑acuity environments with strong NICU/PICU exposure and a wide range of respiratory procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of RRT experience
NBRC credential required
BLS required
ACLS, PALS, NRP highly preferred (may be obtained onsite)
PICU/NICU experience highly preferred
Strong competency in emergency response and ventilator management

Procedures & Responsibilities

Blood gas collection and analysis
Vent/BiPAP/High‑Flow initiation and management
Code response
In‑house transport
Medication administration
Chest physiotherapy and airway clearance techniques

Equipment Experience

Servo I & Servo U ventilators
V60 BiPAP
