<h2><strong>Med Surg / LDRP</strong><br /><br /><br /><strong>What to Expect</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Patient Load:</strong> Small team environment with a low patient count (average of 7 total).</li><li><strong>Ratios:</strong> Typically 1 nurse to 3 patients (ranges from 1:2 to 1:4).</li></ul><p><strong>Experience &amp; Training</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience in Labor &amp; Delivery, Postpartum, or Med-Surg is a plus, but <strong>not required</strong>.</li><li><strong>Training:</strong> You’ll get hands-on training on-site.</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> You need BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and TNCC within your first year. If you don't have them yet, the hospital will provide the training and certification for you</li></ul>
