Description
Job Title: MRI Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour night shifts)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a busy MRI department. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and capable of supporting inpatient MRI studies in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience within specialty
- ARRT (MRI) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans on inpatient populations
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Operate MRI equipment efficiently and independently
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner system
Additional Information:
- Department: 720A MRI
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
