Job Title: Nurse Coordinator
Location: Camden, NJ
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Description:
This role involves close collaboration with neurosurgeons and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and clinical operations.

The coordinator is responsible for demonstrating strong clinical knowledge of neurological treatment pathways, assisting with weekly conferences, ensuring protocol compliance, and supporting patient education and care coordination.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee clinical care within the neurosurgical program
Collaborate with neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary teams
Assist in organizing weekly case conferences and clinical discussions
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and follow-up care
Provide education to patients, families, healthcare staff, and community partners
Participate in community outreach and first responder education initiatives

Requirements:
Active New Jersey RN License required
BSN preferred
Minimum 3 years of neurosurgical nursing experience required
Strong clinical coordination, communication, and organizational skills

Additional Information:
Day shift schedule with no weekends or on-call specified
