Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
📍 Location: Waterloo, Iowa
💰 Compensation:
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,791.20/week
- W2 Rate: $27.00/hour
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246
🩺 Requirements:
- Minimum 24 months of experience in one or more of the following:
- Progressive Care (PCU)
- Stepdown
- Med Surg
- Telemetry / Med Surg-Tele (required)
- Float requirement: Must be willing to float across Med Surg, Behavioral Health (BH), Emergency Department (ED), ICU, and post-procedural areas (required)
- First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of hospital/medical center experience (preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
- Active Iowa RN license or Compact License (required)
