50 miles more candidate accepted within state WI or Other state accepted ( only looking Traveler )

Profession: MLT / MT / CLS ASCP needed

Experience & Education

Minimum Experience:4 years core lab experience
Travel Experience: 2 prior travel assignment required in resume where you worked
Education Required: Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Certifications: MLT / MT / CLS ASCP
Charting System: Epic required

Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float between sites (Tomahawk, Eagle River, Howard Young). Floating may be pre-scheduled as needed.

Schedule Requirements

Shift Options: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (Days, PMs, Nights)
Scheduling: Flexible scheduling required
Days Per Week: TBD
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required and Holiday Rotation Required
On-Call: Yes
- May be low census and placed on call
- Call-back minimum: 2 hours
Floating: Required across all listed facilities

Flu/COVID Policy:
During flu season, any traveler who declines influenza and/or COVID-19 vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times while on assignment. This is an -- facility policy and compliance is mandatory with no exceptions. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in corrective action.
