- Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience
- NRP, BLS, ACLS, EFM-C or AWHONN
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Comfortable with unblocked/unepiduralized patients
- Strong collaboration skills with physicians, midwives, and doulas
- Mom/Baby, couplet care experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Cerclages, versions, c-sections, vaginal deliveries, D&C’s, care of fetal demise, epidurals.
- Ability to circulate a c-section
- Ability to care for both low risk and high risk obstetric patients
