Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Loysville, PA
Pay Rate: $43/hour
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide care at a youth residential facility. In this role, you’ll support the health and safety of residents and staff by delivering hands-on nursing care and responding to medical needs in a structured environment.
Shift Options:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to youth/young adults
- Assess and treat minor injuries, illnesses, and medical concerns
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when needed
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Take vital signs, document care, and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with care plans to ensure residents receive proper treatment
- Coordinate off-site medical appointments and follow-up care
- Communicate clearly with staff, supervisors, and healthcare providers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
Additional Responsibilities:
- Report any serious incidents, injuries, or health concerns
- Follow all nursing standards, safety guidelines, and state regulations
- Ensure all care is delivered safely and in compliance with medical orders
