Location: Towson, MD
Shift: Days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Hours: 40 hours/week (guaranteed)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
 

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join an outpatient setting in Towson, MD. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in accordance with the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act. The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Utilize standardized assessments and document patient progress accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting productivity standards
• Treat multiple patient populations, including high-risk cases
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of current Physical Therapy experience
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• COVID vaccination (no exemptions accepted)
• Strong EMR and computer proficiency
