Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: Day Shift (4x10 hours) | 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Schedule: 4 days/week with rotating call
Job Overview
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including vascular, neuro, and body cases
- Scrub and maintain sterile field during procedures
- Assist in stroke interventions, thrombectomy, angioplasty, embolization, and ablations
- Handle a wide variety of cases including oncology, DVT, PE, and pain management procedures
- Work with imaging systems, contrast studies, and PACS
- Participate in on-call rotation with 30-minute response time
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of IR experience (vascular required)
- Travel experience required
- Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), FL State License
- Strong experience in stroke thrombectomy and neuro IR procedures
- Must be skilled in scrubbing, contrast, biopsies, and vascular procedures
- Experience with Cerner charting system
