Day Shift - Monday - Friday. 8am to 5pm

Minimum Experience and Certification Required:

Master's degree in OT

or

Doctor of OT: Required only if obtained license on or after Ja 2016, or foreign equivalent

-PT license
-2 years OT experience
-CPR/BLS
-Valid Driver's License
