Description

Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 05/26/2026
Shift: Day Shift (4x10 hours) | 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Schedule: 4 days/week with rotating call

Job Overview

Provide imaging support for vascular IR procedures in the OR
Assist in procedures including angioplasty, thrombectomy, EVAR, and TEVAR
Prepare access sites and manage vascular closure devices
Work in hybrid OR and interventional radiology settings
Operate advanced imaging equipment including Siemens ARTIS PHENO
Maintain sterile technique and support procedural workflow
Participate in rotating on-call schedule (every 4th week)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of IR experience
Certifications: ARRT (VI), BLS
Virginia state license required (can submit pending)
Strong experience in vascular and endovascular procedures
Experience working in OR/Hybrid IR settings
