Required Skills:

• Current Montana RN licensure
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while demonstrating patience and professionalism
• Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems
• Competence in practicing modified primary nursing

Nice to Have Skills:

• Outpatient clinic experience
• Knowledge of cerebrovascular care and stroke management
• Creativity and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse degree from an accredited program
• Previous outpatient clinical experience preferred, with a focus on patient education and acute care management

Other Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform necessary movements throughout shifts
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training, including stroke and cerebrovascular disease education
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours and respond to on-call needs as required
• Adherence to safety protocols related to bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and infectious diseases
