Description

Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Newark, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 05/25/2026
Shift: Day Shift (5x8 hours) | 12:30 PM – 08:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Overview

Perform MRI scans across neuro, body, and musculoskeletal imaging
Conduct imaging for brain, spine, chest, abdomen, and extremities
Assist with MRA, MRV, and advanced imaging procedures
Prepare and administer contrast media and initiate IV access
Operate GE MRI equipment and PACS system
Ensure patient safety and adherence to imaging protocols
Work with adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations
No call, no weekends, and no holiday requirements

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS
MRI certification preferred
Active state license required before start
Experience with GE equipment and PACS preferred
